How to Play
Healthy vs. Junk Food presents food images and asks children to decide: is this a healthy choice or a sometimes-food? Drag each food to the apple basket (healthy) or the cookie jar (sometimes food). The game deliberately avoids rigid "good/bad" framing - all foods have a place in a balanced diet - instead using the concept of "everyday foods" (vegetables, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins) and "sometimes foods" (candy, chips, fast food).
